At LENO Computer Shop, we stand behind the quality of our computer components and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Items must show no signs of use, damage, or modification

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of these products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened computer memory modules (Computer Memory, Memory)
  • Opened computer cooling products (Computer Cooling Fans, Computer Fans, Fans & Cooling Kits)
  • Software or digital downloads (if applicable)

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

  5. Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email about the status of your return or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of sending the replacement item

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Information

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the item you want is not available, we’ll process a refund instead
  • Exchanged items will be shipped via your original shipping method unless otherwise requested

Damaged or Defective Items
