At LENO Computer Shop, we’re committed to delivering your computer components and accessories quickly and safely. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Items must show no signs of use, damage, or modification
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened computer memory modules (Computer Memory, Memory)
- Opened computer cooling products (Computer Cooling Fans, Computer Fans, Fans & Cooling Kits)
- Software or digital downloads (if applicable)
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about your return/exchange status.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of sending the replacement item
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchange Information
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the item you want is not available, we’ll process a refund instead
- Exchanged items will be shipped via your original shipping method unless otherwise requested
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
